Raven Baxter

Raven Baxter is probably the best-known of the fictional characters played by Raven-Symoné. In the Disney Channel series That's So Raven, Baxter is high-schooler who has psychic abilities, and often gets into trouble with her powers in her attempts to manipulate her visions of the future. The schemes she concots and the disastrous consequences make up the comedic effect that the show is well-loved for.

If not for her psychic powers, she is otherwise normal: an regular high school girl dealing with boys and weird teachers, a fashionista obssessed with clothes (she is portrayed to be a talented dressmaker who sews her own designs), living with her family -- father Victor (who's a chef), mother Tanya, and younger brother Corey -- and hanging out with her two best friends, Eddie Thomas and Chelsea Daniels, and a serious long-distance boyfriend (though they eventually broke up, I think) Devon Carter.
